Michelle Kline is the founder of DogCo Launch, where she helps other companies grow and scale their pet care businesses. Until the recent sale, Michelle was the owner of Venture Dog Walking, a daily dog walking company in Winston-Salem, NC, that Michelle tripled in size after transitioning from full-service pet care to daily dog walking during the pandemic.

In this session, Michelle Kline will cover the tangible steps she took in her full-service pet care business to pivot to an on-demand daily dog walking business. Building her own business model along the way, Michelle scaled her business to 25 employees and 600 clients. In this session, Michelle will break down individual steps on how she transitioned her business, how this change was navigated with employees and clients, and the benefits she saw in her personal life as a result of this change. She'll also cover—perhaps most importantly—things she'd do differently, if she did this pivot again today
