Morgan Andenas Weber is the owner of Lucky Pup Adventures in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Morgan and her team—which includes her husband and four employees—offer pet-care services to approximately 200 families. Weber is a monthly recurring guest covering pet-care topics on a local lifestyle television program and hosts a weekly room inside the Dog Lovers Club on the Clubhouse platform. She was recently named PSI’s 2022 Pet Sitter of the Year.

In this session the panelists will explore some of the downsides of pet sitting—from burnout and dealing with pet loss to unusual situations such as arriving to a client’s home to find a crime scene. This session’s focus will be on providing best practices and recommendations for dealing with the trauma pet-care business owners and their team may experience.
