About My Business

I have had pets my whole life and enjoy working with them, and providing this service is a natural extension of that interest. Happy Kitty focuses on providing the best care possible for felines, including both indoor and outdoor cats, and I continue to learn more everyday through my work at the Cat People Sanctuary, as kitten foster for the Bakersfield Animal Care Center, and through specialized training offered by Pet Sitters International and other venues. I do also provide services for small dogs and/or dogs that have limited outside access through a pet door. Please call for questions and details. My goal is to take the stress off pet parents who must leave their fur-babies at home while they travel. I also provide regular visits for busy families who need extra help making sure their cats and other critters are getting the food, medications, grooming and play time they need to thrive. There's also the added benefit of having a professional pet sitter check your home while you're away, making sure it's secure. That includes doing things like bringing in packages and the mail, adjusting the lights and sprinklers, and whatever else the client needs. Happy Kitty Pet Sitting currently serves southwest Bakersfield, but I am certainly flexible in certain situations. Please don't hesitate to inquire.
