About My Business

My name is Anneka Bye and Pokey's Paws is in honor of my rescued cat who was my absolute best friend. I have a lifetime of experience in caring for cats and dogs as well as 11 years of experience in caring for horses.

I have an affinity for animals with special needs and create deep bonds with all living creatures. One of my cats is blind and caring for him has expanded my knowledge and level of empathy for all creatures.

All of my animals are rescues and any animal under my care is treated with great respect and genuine compassion.

I offer many services tailored to my client's needs. Some of which include doggie strolls, outside play time, kitty cuddle time, companionship, brushing, litter box care, feeding, watering, feeding of farm friends and wellness checks.
