About My Business

Jane and Ginny established Pet Tenders in 1983, after they saw a need for quality experienced pet care in the Denver area. Both began working with pets in animal welfare. All of our caregivers are experienced, knowledgeable adults. Most of us have extensive veterinary experience, so we are happy to help you with your special needs pets. We will do our best to help with pets that need some extra TLC, and know what to look for when a pet isn't acting normally. We enjoy all types of pets:dogs and cats and the more unusual! While our area doesn't serve much livestock, we love, horses, goats, cattle and chickens. We are never bothered by requests to check in frequently or even send daily updates and pictures. Plants are a passion for us as well, and we will help keep them thriving in your absence. Paper and mail will be picked up, lights rotated, blinds opened and closed if you'd like. We'll even take out the trash! We want your travel to be worry free and are passionate about what we do. We do not offer midday dog walking or overnight sitting at this time.
