About My Business

Hi my name is Anja,

I enjoy boarding dogs in my own home, while you are out of town.

Currently we do not own any pets. We prefer one dog at a time. (Or multiple dogs from the same household) We recently moved to the area, our home in Eagle does not have a fenced in back yard but we have a fence around a larger patio. (In the past I have visited owners fenced in back yard daily to play fetch etc. while picking up mail and turning on lights etc.) I like to run and practice yoga and am home most of the day or exploring outside with the dogs.

I have attended dog communication and behavior training, all based on positive reinforcement, with a focus on the wellbeing and comfort of the dog in a balanced and active relationship with their humans. I have a natural patience and caring disposition and I understand the importance of adding creative enrichments opportunities in the dog's day.

I have experience with training puppies, service dogs, being a dog walker/sitter and boarding dogs.

I am not comfortable leaving dogs off leash in a non-fenced in area nor working with overly reactive dogs.

I am Fear Free Certified and am committed to not using any aversive equipment on an animal, including choke chains, prong/pinch collars, shock collars or electric fences.
