About My Business

Marie is an early 90s transplant to the Interior via USAF and a 2000 graduate of North Pole High School. She has been a small business owner of the Interior since 2012. In December of 2020 she began Shine On Services initially as a cleaning service. Pet care service was added in August of 2021 shortly after her family's two 15 year old dogs, Lucy & Maverick, peacefully passed away. In early 2024 the pet care side of Marie's journey was branched off into its own entity under the new name: Mutts Amore.

What started as a form of therapy, has morphed into a lucrative, loving, & enriching service for the Borough community. As a small business owner, Marie has developed lasting relationships through her entrepreneurial adventures.

It's great peace of mind when you can fully trust someone to care for your most cherished and valuable aspects of life. If you're looking for someone licensed, insured & bonded, and/or professionally certified, you've come to the right place! Finding someone trustworthy and capable to care for your precious pets is a big deal and, at times, stressful. Mutts Amore is dedicated to helping establish pet care and offer a variety of services to accommodate your needs.

Boarding (kennel trained only), Live-in sitting and Stop Over services are offered. Pet Shuttling (within Fairbanks) & Poo Patrol services are offered as well, with the booking of a main service.
