We care about every animal and your home while you are away. Our first priority is your pet(s)/home and second is that you are able to go away and have a relaxing time without worrying about your pet(s) or home. If there are any major problems we will contact you immediately and if we cannot contact you then we will call people from the list of contact numbers that you provided us before your departure. If someone was in your house, you did not inform us that someone was supposed to be there, we would contact the local authorities and then we would contact you.
