We have a well-qualified team so we always have availability for our clients and back-up in case an emergency arises. We use an app for easy scheduling for our clients. We also offer on-demand dog walking for clients who need their dogs walked last-minute. We are insured and bonded, background checked, pet first aid and CPR certified and our team members receive ongoing pet care training. We leave a detailed update after every visit that is emailed to our clients or sent to their phones via the app. We also send photos and videos after visits as well. We believe strongly in safety and practice stringent safety guidelines during every visit.
