About My Business

Hello! My name is Kristen; I am the owner of Smith River Pet Care located in Hill, NH. I have spent the last eight years working full-time in animal shelters and veterinary hospitals. Due to my extensive care background, I can care for healthy pets as pets with special needs. I have cared for various animals over the years, so I am more than happy to care for pets big and small! Please check out my Facebook page (Smith River Pet Care) for a more detailed history of my care experience and my in-home boarding arrangements. Currently, I can provide overnight boarding at my home. I have a private 10x10 room that leads right out into my fenced-in backyard for your dog to run and play! I only board one family's pets at a time, so your pet will not need to mingle with unfamiliar animals. I offer drop-in care visits to your home 1-3 times per day for 20, 30, or 45 mins each visit. I can make more daily visits on select days, so please feel free to ask for special arrangements. Lastly, I offer dog walking on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Walks can either be 30, 45, or 60 mins. At this time I have limited mid-day availability Monday-Thursday, however, I do plan to expand my hours into those days in the future!
