About My Business

Pet Sitting since 1984; veterinary tech; care for special needs pets. Lisa does all the visits. I have many pets of my own including dogs, cats, goats, pigs, chickens, birds and rabbits. I have experience with exotic birds and reptiles. Also aquariums including salt water reef tanks, with their specialized frozen food and adding chemicals. I also have experience with watering gardens and potted plants. My clients include members of local garden clubs, parrot society, bonsai groups, pet rescue, groomers, veterinarians, agility clubs, cat fancy, backyard chicken groups, and members of law enforcement. I started my pet sitting business in Oyster Bay in 1984, then moved back to Suffolk County, where I was born, in 1987. I took a few years off to raise my kids, and now I'm pet sitting full time. I worked as a vet tech for Dr. Wadyal in Oyster Bay, and Dr. Baldillo in Bayport. I'm now a full time pet sitter devoting all my time to my clients and their pets. I care for pets in the comfort and safety of their own home. I can walk your dogs or play ball or frisbee in the yard, or for older, non active dogs, just sit and keep them company. Cats who like to play can spend time playing with dangling toys or toss toys or even laser pointers. I spend time with birds, changing food and water, cleaning cages, giving treats, interacting and talking to them. Cooperative birds can even come out for out-of-cage time.
