About My Business
Operation Pet Sit began in 2012 with Michelle Becerra offering simple pet care services to people in her neighborhood, to help cover the cost of rescuing strays she encountered. Since then, OPS has evolved into a focused company that has helped to springboard the formation of the non-profit Project Rescue Ready. Clients who patronize Operation Pet Sit also enable Michelle to pursue what is a truly passionate purpose- to provide a path for worst-case-scenario homeless animals toward an eventual permanent home. Project Rescue Ready provides medical treatment/rehabilitation, hygienic care, and temperament guidance. While the process is taking place, PRR pursues the next step of getting the animal placed in a appropriate rescue and ultimately a permanent home.
