About My Business

Hello! We are Tom & Desiree Nemeth, a husband & wife team that provides you with professional in home pet care! Since we were 7 years old, we've had and cared for cats, dogs, birds, and all sorts of pets. There's always been more than one "furbaby" in our home. We both have years of experience caring for pets and have always been animal lovers. In 2022, we had a dream to provide pet parents of Johnstown and surrounding areas with an awesome alternative to traditional boarding. We know personally how stressful it can be when you have to go away and need to figure out what to do with your babies, so we came up with the idea to start our own in home pet sitting business. So fast forward to now, and we have already built an awesome family of highly satisfied pets and pet parents to whom we offer in home dog, cat, & small pet care, dog walking, and more! Currently in our own family, we have four wonderful children (Keira, Kylan, Evan & Alora), two Huskies (Kanan & Angel), an Alaskan Malamute (Steele), a Pitsky (B.B.) and four cats (Dixie, Toralei, Boo, & Maize). In the past, we've had rabbits, snakes, fish, and more as well. We love the outdoors and walks with our pack (and maybe your pack soon, too!). We've trained all our dogs in regular obedience and some puppy training. In the past, we've also litter trained rabbits, as well as our cats. Our goal is to help you and your babies feel like family, give you peace of mind and comfort, as well as a much more personalized and warm pet care experience in the comfort of your pet's own home, than traditional boarding, while you have to be away. We are insured & bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas, trained in pet CPR/First Aid, are members in good standing with Pet Sitters International, have continuing education and training via Pet Sit Pro (PSI's online education platform) as well years of experience caring for our own pets. We hope to see you soon and have you become part of our "pack" as well!
