About My Business

I have over 15 years experience caring for, training & raising cats & dogs & several years experience as a professional pet sitter. Currently I have two cats of my own, Valentine & Samara who are truly my fur children & numerous clients who I truly consider to be my extended fur family.

Though I have many years of experience in pet care, I continue to perfect my skills & training with regularly taking online education courses in pet psychology, pet behavior, pet first aid, dog training & more. With my pet care experience & degree in small business management I decided to found Paws in the Land LLC so I could truly provide the best care for pets in the greater Cleveland area. Paws in the Land LLC is a BBB accredited business.

From the time I was a small child I had the ability to understand animals & animals have always been drawn to me. Numerous times when I’ve been out and about dogs who I have never met have stopped their parents and refused to continue walking until they came over and said hello to me or I stopped to say hi to them.

My current & past clients have all made comment that I have a way of understanding and helping them understand their cat or dog better than they thought possible. This helps me not only provide the best care possible to fur babies, but also has given me the ability to help numerous clients whose pets have anxiety issues, or stubborn animals who have been previously difficult to train improve their behaviors. Previously shy or anti social cats & dogs after a few weeks or months of knowing me & being in my care have become social animals who have an easier time trusting people.

Whether I am providing the occasional dog walk or the daily dog walk or consistent visits for your cat or dog while you are away or staying in your home caring for your fur babies overnight I always focus on making sure your fur baby has the absolute best care and most fun possible. I make sure to provide consistent updates on how your dog (s) or cat (s) or the occasional reptile are doing and include a variety of photos so you can see for yourself just how happy they are to have me caring for them. I am all about doing all I can to make sure you and your fur baby are 1000% comfortable with me & provide the best service possible. I view all of the animals I care for as part of my extended fur family and do all I can to treat them like little fur kings & queens.
