About My Business

Reliable, fun, and caring, Zen Paws = Happy Paws! Zen Paws Pet Care provides doggie walks (max 2 dogs), supervised play time in our fenced yard (max 4 dogs), and personalized in home pet visits. We will meet with you and discuss in detail your pets needs, habits, routines, personality, and any medical / health issues. Prior to working with your pets, we require a meet and greet registration meeting and an assessment time when we can get to know your pets and they and you can get to know us. We want you to feel completely confident and comfortable when your pets are in our care.

Zen Paws offers a beautiful outdoor space shaded by mature trees, where our canine clients enjoy off leash training, playing, exercising, enrichment, exploration, and skill and confidence building in a fully fenced, large, safe, private space.

We are experienced in providing basic training and in caring for elderly dogs and dogs of all ages with mobility challenges, limited vision, hearing impairment, and dispensing oral medications and injections.

A recently retired Occupational Therapist, I am available for consultation regarding creating a safer environment in your home for aging pets or pets who have muscle weakness, blindness, deafness, & dementia, as well as for consultation on preparing a space for a new puppy.

Additionally, Zen Paws provides care (in client's homes) for cats and other small caged animals, mail and package take-in, plant & garden watering, & food delivery take in.

Occasionally we are available for overnight boarding care. We generally take only one dog at a time.

Specialty pet products: I am an experienced pet photographer and I create custom made, one of a kind photo products. These make great gifts for birthdays etc or can be a special memento to honor a pet who has passed. Examples include collage canvasses, framed prints, mugs, glasses, tote bags, aprons, blankets, keychains, magnets, and more.

We are lifelong pet lovers. We currently share our home with our 4 year old canine mix, Miss Ruby (Roo). We look forward to meeting you!

"Robin is a born dog lover and a highly skilled dog handler! nWe have a 15 month-old not-totally-problem-free (not such a great eater, sleeper and player with other dogs) French Bulldog named Steffy. nIn June of this year, we went away for a week. Robin agreed to board Steffy while we were away. We love our puppy silly and were very concerned how she will do at Robin’s place (by this time, Robin had only been walking her for a month).
