About My Business

My love for animals started when I was very young. My first job was at a Veterinarians office when I was 16 years old. I knew then I would always work with animals in some capacity or another. I started Wags & Whiskers Pet Sitting in 2008 to provide in your home, personalized pet sitting. I believe pets are more comfortable in their own environment, where they’re familiar with their surroundings.

I have a son and wanted to be a stay at home mom when he was young. Pet sitting has been a great way to work with the animals I love and still have the freedom to be home with my son.

I am a small, 1 person Pet sitting business. I offer vacation/out of town visits, mid-day potty breaks while you’re at work, out of town cat visits, etc. I am trained in a variety of first aid and can give any medication your pet may need, including insulin shots. I am bonded, background checked, and insured for your piece of mind. Since I am a small pet sitting business, I am the one and only person coming to take care of your pets.
