"I used to think that a professional pet sitter was an unnecessary expense, oh how I was wrong!

Before I moved to Midland I used to rely on hiring friends and neighbors to watch my kitties while I was away. There was always some sort of problem or disaster I would find when I got home, some incidents worse than others. Though I never lost a cat, it got to the point where if they were alive when I got home I considered it a success!

This was not fair to my kitties, in the best of circumstances they were still very upset with me when I returned. The worry and stress was not fair to me either, I was a nervous wreck, I should be able to travel and enjoy my trips!

Then I moved to Midland. Without having much of a social network and after a horrible experience with a local boarding facility, I decided to try out a professional pet sitter. I did some research and contacted Lori with Three Shepherds Pet Sitting.

I was shocked! The level of professionalism and passion Lori had for watching pets was evident from our very first meeting! She wanted to know everything about my babies, their personalities and even how each individual likes to be pet! She what the average person would consider to be 'overqualified', now I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my fur babies!

Lori has watched over my babies numerous times already, both short and long trips, and I've never had a worry! I love receiving the updates and pictures she sends while I'm away! The piece of mind is worth every penny, and so much more!

Lori can handle everything! If a kitty needs to to to the vet, she takes them to my trusted vet. If they run out of supplies, she will go to the store. She provides play time and cuddles and cat whispering and loves them like I love them! I can tell when my cats are happy, they are always happy and content when I return! As funny as it sounds, one of my cats actually looks sad when I get back! Because it means Lori won't be coming over for a while!

I was also pleasantly surprised that Lori's rates are very affordable and fair! I have several cats and for far less money than boarding, I can have them cared for in my home by someone who knows them by name!

"I was in need of a petsitter to care for my two cats, Katie and Tinkerbell, while I was out of town, and I was so lucky to find Lori. She came to my house to meet me and the cats beforehand and go over their care which I really appreciated. I was very comfortable leaving my cats in her care. She sent me notes and pictures of the cats while I was away to let me know she had made a visit and the cats were fine. She also noticed Tinkerbell, who has thick fur, was shedding profusely and took time each visit to give her a good brushing.
