About My Business

Welcome from Ashley’s Pet Au Pair. A little about me, I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area and graduated from UCSB with a BS degree in bio-psychology. After graduating from college, I moved home and I started my pet sitting business in 2001. I’ve had a lifelong love of animals, and am passionate about providing the best care in the comfort of the clients home. Being able to care for pets on a daily basis is so rewarding. I come to love each clients pet as one of my own, and consider my clients and their pets as part of my extended family. I’m very lucky to get to spend my days spoiling other peoples pets.

I offer individual visits, no group walks or outings, so each client gets care dedicated to their animals specific needs. Current services include overnight dog sitting, drop in visits for dogs and dog walks, and drop in visits for cats. Dog walks are rain or shine.

Drop in visits are once or twice a day.

All visits and overnight stays are done in the clients home. I feel pets are less stressed when they are able to stay in their home environment.
