About My Business

Hello! My name is Casey and I am a Registered Nurse of nearly thirty years. Not only have I taken care of many patients over the years, but many pets of family, friends and neighbors while they were on vacation. I am a caretaker by nature and an avid animal lover so pet sitting is a great fit for me. I am currently up to date on my CPR and ACLS (advanced cardiovascular life support) for people and recently completed the CPR course and pet first aid through Pet Sitters International.

Before becoming a Registered Nurse as my profession, I worked as a vet tech and have volunteered my time, along with my daughter, at the North Richland Hills Rescue and Adoption Center. We are now the proud owners of a Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees rescue named Finn. One of the main reasons for starting my own pet sitting business is that I, too, worried about my pets being well cared for when my familly vacationed. I loved the idea of having my pets be in their familiar environment at home, same feeding routines and knowing they felt safe and comfortable in their own surroundings. As do humans, pets also stress when their families leave for an extended period of time. I wanted to remove any added stress and make them feel comfy at home.

Because of the enforced high standards, licensing regulations, continuing education and HIPPA laws in the medical field, I am a detail-oriented individual, honest, punctual and a hard-working person. You can rest assured that your pets will receive the best care possible. My daughter, Sydney, and my husband, Scott, will also be available to help during busier times of the year. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and he is just as crazy about animals as I am and spoils our two dogs like children. My daughter currently attends Texas A&M University majoring in Business. She helps us out on holidays and summers.

Services Provided:

Pet Sitting- I will arrange a visit to your home at your convenience to meet with you and your pet or pets. At this time, you will complete a pet sitting service contract and I will get instructions on how to access your home, any keys or door codes, etc. and specific instructions on your pet's feeding and routines. First time clients pay at time of booking.

Dog Walking-I provide dog walking services which are 25-30 minutes.

Overnights-this service is from 9pm-6am and rate includes morning visit.

Pet Emergencies, Grooming and Vet appointments-these services will be evaluated on an as needed basis or emergencies only.

Home Visits (no pets)-I will be more than happy to check on your home if you are away. I will water plants, bring in any mail or expected packages and adjust lighting so that your home appears to be occupied while you are away.

Waste Removal-I charge a weekly $10 fee for dog waste pickup. The client must provide garbage bags, personal scooper and trash can to dispose of waste.

Contact information: We are available to answer calls or texts Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm. If we are unable to answer, we are either with a client, on a pet visit or it is after hours. We will return your call or text as soon as possible. If after hours, we will contact you the next business day. In the event that you have an emergency, we will reach out after hours to contact you.
