About My Business

Our love of animals has forced my husband and myself to change careers and open Rest Assured Pet Sitters. Since 2006, Rest Assured Pet Sitters have been taking excellent care of all kinds of animals. From attending to your pets' basic needs to giving your home a "lived-in" look while you're away, we go above and beyond to provide you with the highest quality service available. We are members of Pet Sitters International, we are insured and bonded, are current with background checks and also are pet first aid/CPR certified by Pet Tech. If you require a daily walk or are taking a vacation, we are happy to accommodate your pet. . Our professional team has a true love for animals of all kinds and we always make sure your pet is kept happy and healthy until your return. We know you love your pet so we in turn will provide a lot of TLC during our visits. Besides the basic food and water, we will walk/exercise you pet, and when needed we will administer medications. We will remove waste and clean litter boxes, water plants, take in mail and newspapers and take out your trash on trash day. We feel it is very important to send updates on your pet via text messaging or emails. Any changes in behavior or eating habits will be passed on to the client to obtain further information. If needed, we will transport your pet to the vet for further observation.
