About My Business

My name is Candace Coughlin and I'm the owner and pet sitter for Companion Pet Services, Pet Care by Candace pet sitting services. My husband and I initially started out as an in-home dog training business in 1998 and then in 2005 decided to branch out and offer pet sitting services. Pet Care by Candace was then created as an additional service to Companion Pet Services, Inc. and many of our dog training clients began using our pet sitting services.

We offer pet sitting services for dogs and cats leaving them in the comfort of their own home and routine. Our business is bonded and fully insured for liability, which includes care, custody and control of the pets in our care. We are also insured for theft.

The initial consultation visit is free. I come to your home and meet you and your pet(s). We can discuss any questions you may have while I get to know your pet and you observe how we interact. We can work out a schedule that suits your needs and complete paperwork.
