About My Business

My mother, Florence, and I started this business together in July 2000. Over the past 17 years, we have had the pleasure of caring for many wonderful animals, mostly dogs and cats, but also some rabbits, birds, fish, and even a chameleon and two very frisky ferrets! Many of our clients have remained clients for years. My mother was always the main pet sitter, while I would help out whenever my full-time job as a court reporter would allow. Sadly, she passed away a few years ago. I have chosen to keep We Watch Whiskers going because I love animals and this business. However, I do still have a full-time job, and so I am limited with my time and the services I can provide. I am available for visits in the evenings after work (after 5:00 p.m.) and on weekends, holidays, and whenever I have other time off. I am bonded and have liability insurance, and if requested, I can also provide references.
