About My Business

Adventures In Pet Sitting has been providing trusted, in-home pet care in Salina and the surrounding areas since 2018. We believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own homes, so we maintain their routines—using their familiar food, bowls, and surroundings to reduce stress.

We are fully licensed, insured, and proud members of Pet Sitters International. Our pet sitters are certified in pet safety and pet CPR, ensuring your furry friends receive the best care possible.

Owner MiKayla Anders, CPPS-Certified Professional Pet Sitter, founded Adventures In Pet Sitting after earning her degree in Biology with a minor in Environmental Studies from Kansas Wesleyan University. Her lifelong passion for animals began just miles from Rolling Hills Zoo, where she was a Junior Zoo Keeper. She later gained hands-on experience working at a doggy daycare and the Sedgwick County Zoo before turning her passion into a business dedicated to pet care.
