About My Business

Insured, Licensed, Bonded and Reliable pet care in your home. I have always had dogs, cats and horses in my life. I was employed at Cal Poly University for 35 years where I managed 5 of the eateries, I started pet sitting shortly after retiring and opened JPetSits in 2010. I share my life with 3 Havanese and my sweet kitty.

I love pet sitting because I can follow my passion of caring for our loved pets. I firmly believe our pets do much better in their own environment while their people are away. Another benefit to having a pet sitter is to watch the house and take care of house situations.

I will also provide transportation for your pet to the vet if you are unable, or pick up needed medication.

Together we will decide the optimum care plan for your pets while you are gone. I do drop-in visits or overnight stays. I'll give your pet as much love and attention as they want along with feeding, walking, clean-up, administer medication and house care.

I am a member of our local professional pet sitting group, Central Coast Professional Pet Sitters Network and work closely with the other pet sitters in area. We cover for each other, talk about uncommon situations and generally support each other. We are all insured and members of a International, or National, Pet Sitters group. It's very helpful to have a "team" to discuss situations with.
