About My Business

Established in 2014, Run and Play has been providing extraordinary reliable and punctual service in the Silver Spring and Takoma Park, MD areas. At that time, Jennifer, the owner, left a full time social work job to start the business and has since grown (as of May 2019) to a staff of 5. Including Jennifer, our walkers are all older mature adults who are avid dog lovers and owners. You will be assigned one of us who will fully care for and bond with your pup.

We are primarily a dog walking company, that provides all levels of outings your dog may need - starting with 15 minute bio breaks, longer walks (25 minutes), boarding, house sitting, and group play dates. Our services are powered by Precise Pet Care software enabling clients to request, view and edit their walk schedule and enabling walkers to GPS check in and out. Journal are immediately sent following the completion of their visits with detailed notes.
