About My Business

We are two sisters with a passion for dogs and a love of the outdoors. As experienced dog owners with new puppies at home we found a need for quality pet care outside the standard 30-minute walk around the block (unless of course, that's what your pup is looking for). When we came up short on solutions for engaging and enriching pet care, Happy Tails Adventures was born. Whether you have a young puppy in need of daycare and playgroups, an overactive zoomie machine, or a senior who just wants some loving, we have a solution for you.

We are happy to accept dogs of all ages, beginning at 10 weeks through their senior years. Puppy daycare and playgroups are always kept separate from the older, larger crowd and grouped by size and age ensuring perfectly matched playmates. Our more active friends can be walked or hiked individually or with a group for up to two hours. For our senior babes, we're happy to drop in for a potty break and some hang time.

​Combined we have over 30 years of experience, not only caring for our own pets but trusted with the care of others' fur babies. We both have veterinary work backgrounds and Jen even managed an animal shelter for several years. We are first aid and CPR trained and always continuing our education on behavior and enrichment. We use only positive training methods backed by clinical research—and most importantly—love.
