About My Business

I care for your pets like they are my own. I have been a pet lover my whole life. I'm a lifelong dog owner. I have volunteered at an animal shelter for 13 years. All of my dogs that I have had as an adult have been adopted from an animal shelter. Wags & Whiskers came out of that love for my dogs & all the animals I cared for at the shelter. I come to your home when you are away & let out or walk your dogs, feed them & give water. I spend time either playing or petting, whatever they prefer. For the cats I scoop the litter box, feed & give water. Then it's time for playing or petting. If they would rather not socialize that is okay too. I also care for your home while you are gone bringing in mail or news papers & alternating lights. I also offer mid-day dog walks or mid-day visits to let your dogs out in the yard. I charge by the visit & it is up to the client how many visits you want me to make. I also give medicine. There is no extra fee to administer medicine. I'm located on the border of Jackson & Howell N.J. so I cover the Jackson/ Howell area. I am the person that will be coming to take care of your pets. I don't have anyone working for me at this point in time. I have been doing pet sitting since 2003. First I did it part time. Just working for people vacationing. Then 6 years ago I decided to make it into a full time business. I am also certified in pet first aid & CPR.
